We're looking for an experienced Mid & Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives across multiple product areas. The candidate will have deep expertise in user research methodologies and significant experience applying these in various domains.Job Description - Grade Specific - Deep expertise in a wide range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative- Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights- Present research findings clearly and persuasively to various audiences- Proven track record of translating research insights into successful product innovations- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align research efforts with business goals- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to inform product decisions- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains and quickly master new subject areas
